Germany Forces ISPs to Agree to Web Filtering

For those who have been following the internet filtering debates, this latest development in Germany might ring a few bells. The German government and many of the German ISPs signed a “voluntary” agreement to maintain and enforce a website blacklist - a list that will be held in secrecy.

    Orwell has definitely arrived.

ISPs even log ips of everyone hitting the "stop here, child molester" dead end declaring that EREYONE having reached this blocked site IS A POTENTIAL CRIMINAL.

in addition to that real-time access to ips by law enforecement is granted

let's wait until hackers will hopefully re-route access to the government pages or search engines to these blocked sites (which per se of course is more than fine - there is no need for child porn in this world) turning almost every internet user in germany into a criminal, who will be prosecuted

maybe the officials have hired chinese IT tecs in order to help them censoring the I-NET efficiently?

    NO TO CENSORSHIP!

I hope that someone will hack the ISP and release the list.

If someone does, it will probably be posted here (just like the Australian blacklist, which contained several legitimate sites):
