Dell banning posters about system problems

Dell just got in the line of Fire when a poster in their support forum doesnt want to keep shut.
apparently he posted info about whats going on about new dell latitudes then posted a pdf file giving details. and he got banned for support forum.

now many users are coming up with similar stories that goes from battery issues to motherboard issues in different times and were get banned from support in the past.
