Radiohead's Ed O'Brien: Piracy Not Killing Music Industry

Radiohead's Ed O'Brien has attacked claims that piracy is killing the music industry.

He argues that while people might not be buying music, they're still attending concerts, buying T-shirts and other things that add to revenue.

He also described the industry as having "an analogue business model in a digital era", calling for more music, cheaper music, that can compete with illegal file sharing.

"I find it staggering that the industry seems to be really dragging its heels on this - this is stuff that you could do in one week. Move quicker!", the guitarist said.
