I had an idea for making a cloak like that using fiberoptics that are sewn throughout the cloak. And light will enter the fiber from the back, travel throught the fiber and be projected out the front. Then there should be some kind of film that will act as the projector screen. That will basically take a picture of the back and display it on the front. Now, it would take ALOT of fiberoptics but I think it would work.

That looks like something out of a sci-fi movie, but pretty cool though.
