I use G6 for FTP serving, and Flash FXP for a client

my prefernece is flashfxp. it does a good job and does not need to be installed.

depends what u mean?

if u mean like a client where u upload/download files to web servers and stuff, use WS FTP PRO, if u mean to start hosting like make an FTP server like I have, use Bulletproof FTP v2.15 without a doubt.
