Yes, how could I forget France, considering half of the players on the team I support comes from France.
I think the problem with French football, and football in many countries, is that they can't keep their talented players. Almost all the English national team players play in England (wait ... I'm sure there a joke in there somewhere), and all the high profile players move to Real Madrid.
There's quite a lot of good players in Dutch football as well. German football can be very good, but they've had a dissappointing season in the Champions League this season.
There has been lots of disappointing teams this season. The most under-performing team of this season (in no particular order) :
1. Liverpool
2. Leeds United
3. Bayern München
4. Barcelona
5. Roma
