Stand for something...or fall for anything

Always stand your ground .. and speak your mind...

To avoid criticism do nothing, say nothing, be nothing.
If you can't dazzle them with your brilliance, baffle them with your bull****. I'm not smart, but I like to observe. Millions saw the apple fall, but Newton was the one who asked why.

          "But what triggered the topic?"

Just an attempt to provide you with a bit of "fatherly" advice regarding the real world (from someone who is "older than dirt" ;>})based on your responses in an earlier thread, in which another poster was "busting your chops" regarding your picture, sexual persuasion, etc. (You stated that you were considering no longer posting to these forums).

"I am sure this is directed to me (title)"

You are certainly correct - I'm amazed that there could be any question about this.

I don't know how much clearer I could have made this, by making the subject, "To SKD_Tech" - perhaps only GIANT sized capital letters, with a multitude of exclamation points are recognized by other posters (I'm sure you remember "Curtis/Dixie" ;>})...

Ok I am pretty sure I know what you mean.

If you are getting critisim that is irrelevant to Digital Video just ignore it? EX: my picture (not attitude or anything I have to reply to that stuff)

EDIT : Also thanks for the advice and I will keep it in mind setarip

the simple fact that setarip is not willing to use the PM function and prefers to entertain the entire forum with his urgent messages to some folks.
