Pity they didnt score any goals though...that tends to be a good thing in football. I just hope they play to the same standards they did tonight on Sundays game at Old trafford

We once beat Bayer Leverkusen and Juventus 4-1 and 3-0 at Highbury, and they all went on further than Arsenal in the respective seasons (Leverkusen actually got into the finals). Hopefully, this will wake us up and we go on a 30 game unbeaten streak ... starting at United on Sunday.

      COMEON YOU GUNNERS !!!!!!!!!!!!

btw, since you two live in & around uk, let me ask u something - how do you define which "The Reds" someone means - MU or LFC? they are both call that way, so wheres the difference?

similar things with "The Red Devils" on the international level (MU & 1.FC Kaiserslautern)...

couldnt fans at ole trafford come up with something more distinctie? like "Trafforders" or "the Unites" or "the Gods" ?

Arsenal fans have lots of "colourful" names for Manchester United ... do you want me to list them?

Just to annoy you all, I'm going to predict a nice and comfortable 2-0 win for the Arsenal. Being pessimistic in my last two predictions didn't help, so I'll try being extremely optimistic this time

I really hope your prediction doesnt come true or I would be a very upset little man especially since its costing me £230 to get to the match (including 3 nights at manchester and travelling)

The Red Devils is the real nickname for Man Utd. Liverpool's is the Red Faggots and Arsenal's is The Gunners

                          well well well...
                          3-0 inter...
so... admin, what do u have to say 4 ur arsenal ?
a really poor performance by highburians
I just watched the game, and I thought Arsenal played pretty well in the first 20 minutes, as the commentator also noted. We played Inter off the park, and they were barely in the game. However, the first goal came (defensive error coupled with a possible off side), and while we responded well with a good attack, they struck again. This put Inter into total defensive mode, and Arsenal found them very hard to break down. Still, Arsenal were able to get a penalty, which Henry missed (great save by Toldo actually). The shock of the first 2 goals and the missed also affected the team, but they still pushed forward totry to score. This meant gaps in the defense, and lead to Inter's third goal.

Actually not as bad a game as against Portsmouth, and of course, Inter is a great team (last season's CL semi finalist, and top 3 in the Serie A, so not so far behind Juventus or AC Milan).

I think it's better to lose now, then to lose the last game of the group and get knocked out. Hopefully, this will act as a wake up call to the boys. Arsenal to win on Sunday !!!!!!!!!!

Already there is interest in a three man venture for United. All 3 men are multi Billionaires, one of which is said to put Roman Abromavich's wealth to shame. Lets hope the ****ty United Shareholders arse-wipes dont try and block this one. They have already tried to push the price of United up. What does this do for the prospective buyer, except force them to pay more. By paying a £100 million or so more than they couldve paid, means that they have £100 million or so less to spend on the club. Therefore, the united shareholders are being selfish towards their own needs rather than looking out for the club. Thats fine in my mind, as some are in it as business men, but what bugs me is that they tried to hide their greediness by saying it is better to keep United in the hands of lots of individuals rather than one or two people. HUH??? I think it is far better for the club to be owned by people who have a lot of cash to spend on it. That arse-wipe Magnier has balls all to spend, so for him to go would be a great thing.
