I've been toying with MS Paint cropping and sticking pieces parts from different jpg's together. Haven't tried my Photoshop ...yet.

I'm putting together anime from sequenced jpgs. Problem is individual jpg's are too far apart, frame-wise, and the anime's are usually jerky. I was wanting to be able to stretch/shrink objects within the jpg and blend it so I could get an extra frame or two to stablize the avi and settle down the jerkiness. Will photoshop do this?

Id love to, but the most iv done is gotten rid of red eye and removed a tin can from a photo

Can you help me out with the tutorials on how you do that. Does it involve layers and do the pictures all have to be RGB? Also, thats one cracker car uv got in the photos. Looked a bit like a Toyota Supra, but with the amount of air filters (2 i think) and Turbo, i doubt it is. what car is it. Also, what is the car in your first pic as well? Im not up on american cars!
