virtual Com Port

Any help please!!!!

I need to update the my siemens mobile firmware they have said a could download this free which i have done and also brought a data cable (USB).

It wasn't until i did this they said i needed a serial lead not a USB lead well siemens say i can create a virtual com port any help in doing this???????

SYSTEM:

Pentioum Duo 6400, 8 GB Ram, 500Gb Hardrive, 32x DVD Rom, 16 x TCorp Duel Layer Burner, Geforce 7900GTX.

Yep, Buy a port replicator (not lots of bucks) It simply plugs into your USB port and the other end is a serial connector. Easy in'it..

If it ain't afloat .... It's sunk .... If it ain't broke.... leave it alone.... I was once indecisive....Now I'm not sure....

I'm old enough to know better...BUT...too young to give a toss...
