I have a pause at the end of the sequence, so increasing it to 60 frames will probably work well. For some of the others, maybe you can drop a frame here or there to make it divisible by 360. 360 is a great number mathematically, because it is divisible by so many numbers.

Yes but 360 is not divisible by 7, which is the number of frames in blu's avatar. I fixed yours up, removed the pause and duped the frames. It looks fine - now to fix the roo

Anyone have any other comments/suggestions?

That only has 0.1 second delay, doesn't look too bad, don't you think? I think I will go with that, now I got all the avatars fixed up (Jeo's is the easiest because it only has 3 frames )

Yeah I got all the moving ones perfected! Now I just gotta take the nonmoving ones, dupe the frames 420 times and resize... all but blutach's have to have a 100 in the dimensions. (don't worry soup you used the max already )

Thnx for all the undue praise u showered upon me.I dloaded Ulead GIF Animator only after u mentioned it in ur post.So I am pretty new to this.In fact I learnt about animated GIF only 5 days back.Had the impression that those animations were all work of Flash.So,I still do not have the hang of Ulead.U probably r better.I tried a simple approach.Made a grid of 400x400 pixels.Resized all avs to 100x100.Added the stills first into the grid.Duplicated it to 20 frames.Edited all the animations to same speed(.12 sec delay) and to the same number of frames.In case of TNT,just deleted every alternate frame and a bit.Corholio was the real problem due to the 5 sec delay in last frame.I deleted it and so his message does not stop as the original.The wobble is due to the fact that all the animated GIFs (except Blu's....bcos his is on the first place)had to b placed into each frame by dragging.So there were some small misalignments.Should be a better way than dragging.Hav not worked out yet.
Any way,bcos u started this thing I got interested and got to LEARN a new thing.A big thnx to u. U really r a bright boy.
Another thing U don't need 420 frames.U only need that many frames so that the animations r completed.Bcos they run FOREVER,it is like a circle.There is no start or end of it.I know u need frames to accomodate Corholio's last 5sec.Well,cut it down.

paglamon, you see, what about blu's avatar? It has 7 frames, 20 is not divisible by 7. And, I am resizing them, but keeping the aspect the same, so NOT 100x100. I will let you know once I got them all (I turned most of the still ones into 420 frames)

It does not matter.The roo's third round of hopping will b completed in the 21st frame.Bcos the animations play forever,there is actually no reason the number of frames to b a common multiple.There is no need for all the animations to END at the same time bcos there IS no END.Every number is a factor of infinity.

Yes, but it will look unsmooth, what I mean is that it goes from frame 20 to frame 1. So say it should end on frame 21, you are losing a frame, not to mention Derree's avatar with 12 frames, that would look really bad.

I made most of them 420 frames, I think it will look fine with 420, because like you said, it repeats forever.
