Put the CUE/WAV file in a directory with a shorter name (eg. c:\temp\). The CUE file should be just a text file, with a link to the WAV file - you can edit the CUE file and see if it is pointing to the right file (normally, it should just list the filename, and no directory information, so you might want to remove any directory information in the CUE file and just make sure both the CUE and WAV are in the same directory). Upload the CUE file here if you are still having trouble.
I've attached the modified CUE file (in a ZIP file, so I can upload it here) - all I've removed is the directory information (I've tested with a WAV file, and it should work). All you need to do is to ensure the WAV file is called rls.wav and is in the same directory as the CUE file (eg. in c:\temp or some other directory with the short path, even just c:\).
