I have never heard of so many injuries at once in preseason, especially among the QB's. Our football players r either getting drunk and stupid or doing stupid stuff they probably would have done drunk. lmao. This is going 2 b an interesting season.
That's cool I never knew they had cheerleaders I thought they always been with out nice find Soup I can offer a little more history In 1943 due to World War II the Steelers and Eagles joined forces and were known as the Steagles they had a record of 5-4-1
US football - boring
2 hours of jabber-jabber.
10 minits of action.
Boring, especially with the sound off.
Change to the European football channel please.
90 minutes of action and I can turn the sound off.
I think European Football would be more exciting to watch if they would just do away with the off-sides rule. There would be a lot more scoring and a lot more exciting to watch, than watching guys run up and down the field kicking the soccer ball, w/ no scoring (Sorry to say, 'That' is 'boring' to me).
**I think the same would also apply to Hockey! Imagine the shootouts with no off-sides!!!! I'd watch!
BTW> No one else made their picks on the Tailgate Pool??
(Until this season) I watched ABC Monday Night Football.
During initial minutes of broadcast/game -
the network aired 2 to 3 second clips of players introducing
themselves & naming their university.
- Many cited "The U" -- which Univ. does this stand for ?
