u can get servicepack frm microsoft, dont have to install all, the latest one will do just fine as it will have all the previous fixes.

means:
need to verify if your copy of M$ is authentic

just get service pack installer, try some ftp searches if u cant get frm microsoft.

honest position (but Bill don't think as me)
a friend give a copy of win2k that is original because i don't like xp(i have original) but it's not mine and is registered in his name.
