    Cartoons?

Does anyone know of any software that lets you make cartoons like south park?

I think southpark is made by hand?

Yeah you probably need a GIF animator or a program that allows you to make the frames by hand. Then you would just draw the frames by hand or use MSPaint or something.

the best way AFAIK is to draw your own frames (in something like photoshop), and make animated swf flash files out of them (i use macromedia 'dreamweaver' for flash). even with the right tools, it would be very time consuming IMO...

i don't reckon gif would be suitable in this case though...

The whole first season was shot frame by frame using construction paper. Incredibly time consuming. Flash is the way to go.
