I have used them for sometime. Better service then netflix. plus you get free rental coupons at the local store every month in your e-mail. i had run ins with damaged DVD's though but they will fix the problem if it happens. Noticed an older post so i thought i'd let you know just in case.

I use them too. I was given a 2 month free trial and the service was superb. Iwas only sent 1 damaged disc and 1 that didnt turn up. I will keep it up until after the new year and would recommend it. -
Thanks for your report guys I was thinking about dumping Netflix and trying out Blockbuster but I was waiting to hear from people who used it. I think I will give it a try after I finish this month with NetflixComment

you won't be sorry dude. when i had netflix they were fast at first,then i started getting these "customer service check-ups" to see if i was getting the movies on time. after about 2 of these,they started taking longer and longer to recieve them. the last few i got from them took 2 weeks and i decided that i wasn't going to put up with it any longer. almost all my movies come in roughly 2-3 days with Blockbuster and has not changed. The closest distrubution center for me is Louisville,Kentucky and i live in Alabama. I hope Blockbuster opens some more distrubution centers soon. anyway...Comment
