Click on "User CP" and see the section 'Latest Reputation Received'. You'll see if someone has commented. It could have been someone wanted to give a posting of yours positive feedback and accidently hit disapprove. It's user based, not moderator (though when they give you points it's worth more than a normal user).

Means you been getting more negative reputation than positive.

Now that it has been mentioned, I noticed I have a rep. score now too. I see it under my "user CP", how do I know how left that. And what do the points mean? I have not found anything on this in the rules or questions.

Most of the time people will leave their names when they give a rep point and sometimes not reps are usually given if a person likes your post or if you helped out someone
