I'm talking about Rap Crap and things of that persuasion, four teenage daughters stuff! They have Warnings all over the disks and cases.
CRAP?!?!?! I like rap music! *cough* Tupac is good, and is Eminem and such. But notice how I edit my music

Next time tell her to buy the CLEAN versions... that's the same as what you hear on the radio (that's my local station)

Sometimes you will have problems with a mixed content CD ,a bit of video inserted to confuse the copy software especially if you are copying on the fly. With those situation i copy to the HD first then back to Cd rom.

          Sorry DRF !

I didn't mean to hurt your feelings with the "RAP CRAP" I am really sorry *cough*

I always thought my loss of hearing would be a slow natural process, but with all the teenage girls around this house, instead it has become an accelerated affliction.

            all recomendations posted are good(nero,eac,clonecd,etc).
            i do like petsbug
i copy to the HD first then back to Cd rom.
because some cds have low volume or too big differents volumes between songs and i "correct" this differences in audition or sound forge.(and i cut long spaces between songs(more than 4 seconds) too)

about "RAP CRAP" : i can tell if i like because i never could listen one entire rap...,i can't tell if this type of music can be called (C)rap....my ears can't stand so much bla,bla (question of taste)..,when i was young listen hendrix my brother with more 20 years than me tell me that: hendrix have some "intestinal problem"....maybe i'm "growing old"

i stay with metallica(and others very cool list that i posted somewhere in the forum that like mary....mary is one cool prima-dona for guitar players)
still sending greens(you can't see but can feel)

                Do you have Nero?

Not sure why you need to back up to the HD as an MP3... just use Nero or Roxio or another freeware prog (search www.download.com for "CD burning") and click "copy CD"

use nero, it'll work just fine.

for mp3 backup, again, nero will do the job just fine, but i like cdex.

almost all rap made in the last 10 years sucks (since tupac's death-- a musical genius. he is to rap what michael jackson is(was) to pop). losers like 50 cent, kanye west and the like are a disgrace

I always thought it was very powerful but lame in it's setting, until i was doing
some karaoke work, and discovered a whole hidden right click menu world.
My version is over 2 years old but it sees all my optical drives!

here a custom karaoke profile i created

right clicking and edit gives me the hidden tweaks

now this program makes nero look very lame
of course since it did raw they had to move from germany after the law change

Hmmm... I have never had a problem with any audio CD using Roxio OEM version... my dad uses Nero with no problem.

What problem was he having again?

I mean, the absolute easiest way is to hit "copy CD"
