Well it was going to be Dirty Harry but.

Richard Boone to The Duke:your fault,my fault nobody's fault no matter what happens the boy dies.

Later The Duke to Richard Boone:your fault,my fault nobody's fault I'm gonna blow your head clean off.

I don't think that's it exactly but that's the gist of it, "Big Jake"

          LOST HIGHWAY

"... Im at your place right now....ring me"

A chilling scene. Said to Bill Pulman by Robert Blake at a party. Blake, playing an intensely creepy stranger, comes up to Bill at a party and says they have meet before. Bill says he dosnt think so, and Blake tells Bill they met at Bills place, to which Bill replies not that he can remember. Then Blake passes him the phone and says he is in fact at Bills place right now. Bill says that cant be as Blake is standing before him and cant be in two places at once. However he dials his own number and Blake answers. A very intense scene.

This is one of my favourites from The Fifth Element.

              Good philosophy..see good in bad..
I also like this line from Galaxy Quest.

Brandon's Mom: Where are you going with those fireworks?

Brandon: Well, the Protector got super-accelerated coming out of the black hole, and it, like, nailed the atmosphere at Mark 15, which, you guys know, is pretty unstable, obviously, so we're gonna help Laredo guide it on the vox ultra-frequency carrier and use Roman candles for visual confirmation.

Bandon's Mom: Uh, all right, dinner's at seven.

[Brandon exits. Mom turns to a dubious Dad.] Well, he's outside.

"Harold, it's Bateman, Patrick Bateman. You're my lawyer so I think you should know: I've killed a lot of people. Some girls in the apartment uptown uh, some homeless people maybe 5 or 10 um an NYU girl I met in Central Park. I left her in a parking lot behind some donut shop. I killed Bethany, my old girlfriend, with a nail gun, and some man uh some old faggot with a dog last week. I killed another girl with a chainsaw, I had to, she almost got away and uh someone else there I can't remember maybe a model, but she's dead too. And Paul Allen. I killed Paul Allen with an axe in the face, his body is dissolving in a bathtub in Hell's Kitchen. I don't want to leave anything out here. I guess I've killed maybe 20 people, maybe 40. I have tapes of a lot of it, uh some of the girls have seen the tapes. I even, um... I ate some of their brains, and I tried to cook a little. Tonight I, uh, I just had to kill a LOT of people. And I'm not sure I'm gonna get away with it this time. I guess I'll uh, I mean, ah, I guess I'm a pretty uh, I mean I guess I'm a pretty sick guy. So, if you get back tomorrow, meet me at Harry's Bar, so you know, keep your eyes open." - American Pyscho

                                From Jaws:

"I think we're gonna need a bigger boat!"

                                "Can we go home now?"

And a couple from star wars: " Stay on target, Stay on Target" and "Almost there, almost there"
