A buddy of mine has his 2 monitors hooked up.. I got home today and tried the same thing. Just hooked up my old ViewSonic 17' (its so big..) and it's crazy. Useful too.
i tried it with 19" and 17" LCDs for a while, but decided it wasn't really going to benefit me in any way aside from making me 1337. ended up giving the 17" to my sis

I do a lot of CAD and can't live without dual monitors. If you have a ATI Video card their Hydravision is an incredible asset with the dual moitor arangement. I also can stretch out Microsoft Flight simulator to span both monitors and it gives you a really wide angle of view. It is very close visually to the real thing, at least compared to the Piper I used to fly anyway.
