It was nice seeing them back for Live 8 last year even if it was on TV.

They all came back for Live 8. They along with The Who were the only decent groups at the London concert. Roger Waters is now looking old. I have seen Gilmour on his own and he isn't very good when trying to do Floyd tracks. He was doing tracks that needed Waters as the vocals. Roger Waters can do any Floyd track on his own and it still sound great.
I have played my vinyl of The Wall every month for nearly 18 years (the same vinyl as well). It is definitely my favourite album.Comment

I don't play the picture discs. The SL-1210 does sound great (better than CD). The technology in the turntable has been around before the 1200/1210 came out (Direct Drive with magnets instead of Belt Drive). My 30 years old SL-1700 deck uses the same DD technology so they sound the same. I use Shure cartridges on both of them.Comment
