Hey that's not bad.... it's still alive right? There are alot of plants that are good and hardy that don't need alot of care.

It's funny I sometimes struggle with my indoor plants, that is keeping them watered, fertilized and most importantly alive. Outside tho, everything I touch seems to flourish. I always chalk it up to I'm a farmer's daughter and you can take the girl off the farm but you can't take the farm out of the girl. The bad thing is it takes up alot of my daylight hours after working all day (and some night) taking care of everything.

I have well over 100 different varieties of hybrid daylillys as well as a small garden, lots of other plants/bushes/flowers and a pond! Whew......makes me tired just thinking about it! lol

Yes that is one of my photo's. It was teken in summer of 2000 my son was 5 that was at a water park in the Wisconsin Dells.

I shot a whole roll of film of him splashing around in the water to get that ONE perfect shot.

No digital touch ups no editing of any kind thats strait from the camera. 35mm

And thank you, I won a few photography awards on that one.

                        BTW:

Many people have asked me what kind of shirt he was wearing that isnt a shirt it is a Spedo life jacket. I didnt want to have to worry about his swimming skills as that park has a huge wave pool and many BIG water slides with 4' water he was only 3' tall back then.

I do the same thing. I must take 10-15 snaps of one thing to get the perfect shot. It drives the kids crazy, but man, does it feel good when they come out just right!

Thats the key to good photography take many pics and hope for the best. I was surprized to see that the water drops were so clear. There was also a sprinkler that was "raining on him thats why he was ducking a bit" LOL

PA - don't stop snapping those shots, they're beautiful!

This was at the Atlantis last summer, not great photography but my kid is too funny. She wanted the Grouper to come closer - when it did...
