internal splitters for many containers inlcuding avi, mp4, mkv, ts, etc. internal audio & video filters, including mpeg1/2, aac, ac3, dts, etc. allows overrides (specify filters without tinkering with merit), good with subtitles, customizeable hotkeys, vmr/haali renderer support as well as pixel shaders, simple interface, small, single exe file (for users on limited accounts) and more
VLC and mplayer+MPUI are alternatives

Ok..thanks anon..I will read up on that...I don't watch many discs on here but have thought of doing some editing making a disc of my own with various ufc/wrestling on it culled from other discs..that might be the way to go...sigpic

You seem to be a perfectionist like me when it comes to my art work. I dont think that was sloppy at all. Looks great. Although from the artists eyes we will always find something we dont like about our own work. Where other people think it looks great.

yup, happens especially with bigger projects; you spend so much time looking at it and tweaking it, you no longer know whether it looks good, convincing or if it's what you originally set out to create. only solution is to take a nice long break, then come back and look at it again

Alos from and artists point of view the more you do the better you get. And the more time that goes by the more advanced you become, looking back on earlier works we tent to look at them like OMG I thought that was good back then as we come up with a million ways to make the old project even better.
That is the way I am with just about every project I have done.
At first poud of the work then later looking back going wow I really should re do that. LOL
While everyone else is thinking it was great to begin with.
I rarely re do any works though as I like to have the through the years from where I was to where I am now.Comment
