Excellent!!! I hate getting trapped in voice mail hell. Tried to find out about a rebate a few days ago and waited over a half hour and never got a human being.

Any time I get an automated system I just say "operator" and it generally cuts down on the wait time. Either that or hit the pound key sometimes works too.

I thought it was a race. Hubby and I would sit down at the table together, call the same company on our cell phones, and see who could get a live person first!

My personal best was 73 seconds faster than Hubby!
