No problems at all so far for me and 2.0. I was a somewhat discouraged when a few of my favorite add ons weren't compatible, but it seems most of the popular ones have been or will be updated.

For me it is the add ons that make Firefox better and easier to use.

I installed FF 2.0 a few days ago and I have had problems ever since. My web pages don't load, my mouse doesn't seem to respond, and the PC freezes up. I have had to literally pull the plug because I couldn't get the PC to respond.

        Anyone have any ideas?

The viewable window pane on Firefox is a lot bigger. I.E.7 has a lot of stuff and I don't like the layout of the "stuff" on top. I have an extra 1/2 inch with Firefox. I am going to see if I can consolidate some of the stuff. I rarely use I.E.

I just figured it out. I disabled all the "stuff" under the tools/ manage add-ons. I guess it defaults with everything loaded up.

I just tried to install Adobe Flash player for my ATT/SBC homepage and it won't work. So, I hate it. It works flawlessly for Firefox, as do all other plug-ins.

I might be mistaken but after installing IE 7 I noticed that some of my folders in Documents and Settings are now hidden folders.

                          PA,
I had both and running side by side and Firefox is a little faster, but I ended up sticking with IE7. I think it was more due to familiarity than anything else. IE7 does work pretty good though.

@PA I have both but the default is FireFox. Give it a shot & if you don't like it you can make IE7 the default again & uninstall. My thought is that you will never regret using it, just like me.

I am still using Firefox 1.5.0.8 and won't use 2.0 until it is 2.01 as it has serious security flaws with the password manager which I use all the time.
