I finally learned how to turn the computer on last week...

Is that with or without Tech. support?
Every time I do that my computer screen says lost signal so I must turn back on.

But now I have a new question to ask the Techie when I see him next.
Turning off computer, go figure!

I used to be there in your shoes soup...but I got tired of waiting, know I'm working on figuring out how to plug in the webcam. I know it is an advanced step, but I feel I must try.

With tech support of course...but I wrote down the instructions to refer to when no tech support is available.

This is no joke . when i first started using a pc, let alone trying to burn a movie, i had moved my mouse all the way over to the edge of my mouse pad, and the pointer was not were i wanted it to be,i didnt know what to do, it took me awhile to figure it out.
