I got lots of great gifts, including almost $500 ($100 of that is currently in the mail, I hope it comes soon), Mythbusters season 1 (that's 2 sets of 4 DVDs my mom ordered me), Stormbreaker DVD (she had to get it used), Jurassic Park Trilogy (special edition DVDs), a Sonic game for Wii and some other odds and ends.

I'm having a party tomorrow with some friends, but so far I've been having a great time!

Remember, since I took Drivers' Ed later, I only have my "permit" or "learners liscense" as it's called in some states. I won't get my liscense until September. But for now I can drive with a parent.

They only freaked out when I almost ran over a squirrel, and once failed to see a car stopped at a red light (that's the one time I don't mind my mom yelling STOP STOP OMG STOP LOL)

And boy do I wish $50 would buy me a car, my parents won't get me one until I graduate from college
Although I heard you could buy one for under $1000, I might save some of what I got today.
