      Thanks Locoeng,

I am uploading better ones to Utube now.

I bought the fuji FinePix s9100

Since it was storming and I couldnt use a tri pod or be able to focus the camera since it was shooting from inside a plastic bag I went with "try video mode" LOL

there are more to come stay tuned. LOL

      EDIT:
The last digital camera that I had did short video clips to but with NO sound so I thought there would be no sound here either I was suprized to hear sound. LOL

Most of the video clips all you can hear is the rain beating the crap our of the bag over the cam and the wind blowing it.

the last 2 videos I shot the storm had stopped and you can here the sounds of summerfest in the background on those. LOL

Oh I am sure there will be many to come. I am shooting a wedding on Saturday never know there may be a blooper reel. LMAO !

Really that is more for still shots but heck this thing does video too. And uses 4 gig cards so who needs a digital camcorder LOL

It does suck up the batteries quick with video though.

The wife and I usually have a big blow out for the 4 but our hearts were just not into it this year. Maybe next year. I liked this video also.

So does my camera, I found turning the screen off after it's aimed where I want it helps (but then again, mine has a viewfinder... not sure if screen-only cameras let you turn it off)

If you have not been down to the lake front in a while, the rocks that you used to be able to sit on are now cover up with a concreet walk way.
There is a metal rail to keep people from falling in the water. the rail is about 2 feet away from the water and I was hanging over the rail.

Thats about as close to the water that you can get without being in the lake.
                      LOL!
if you look very hard at the lower left corner of the video.... when the real brite frieworks are going off you can catch a glimps of the metal railing in some of the frames.

So was I right on the water ? Well lets say hanging over it. LMAO!

I like to get close. With no heads or bodies in the way of the lens.

I went to the fireworks last night in Germantown and OMG! Like I said I like to get close, well one of the fireworks came a bit tooooo close for comfort. Some of the fire landed about 2 feet away from our blanket. But all is well.
