Intruiging concept. The user limit woud be neccesary, otherwise you would be faced with a massive deluge of users and potential hack attempts (hackers have no life outside the PC box).
I need a router.....I have close contact with people from Microsoft....and one of them was trying to help me setup the system so that all I need is a hub....but unfortunatly that didn't work as the ISP here can only store 1 IP at a time
so, I need money for a router!
Hacker on fire:
did u know telewest (crap!) are now doing T1 connections for £35 per month! ALL DONE BY SOFTWARE!!!!?????!?!?!
@ Techno, i heard about that but didn't know that its by software and cost £35. Thanks. I dont think its worth it cos the software could crash and its more expensive. I think BTs broadband will drop to £15 a month by Xmas. Which is worth it. I cant get telewest cos i'm on Bt anyway.
I found a cheap and powerful router from my own dealer (where I buy the components for the PC company) and it is £76 inc VAT and del...ain't that great!!!
how do u plan to make that work. it going to be hard to set up a pay per montly scheme. i think u should 1st get it set up, then if more people want to join enforce a subscription fee. or something like that.
