Picture freeze then pixellated problem

Couple movies that I burnt using Nero 5.5 and DVDpro and Fuji DVDr media start to jerk and pixellated toward the end of the movie. It works fine until it get almost till the end of the movie.

Any clue why it's doing this ?

I think I found the problem. On some of the disc that I burnt I apply a custom label that I made over the top surface. It might be too heavy and may cause the disc to spin slower ?

After I remove the label (thank god I didn't rip the surface) it seems to be working fine with no problem.
