is there anything i am doing wrong? star wars ep 2 is 2hr 16 mins long so i have demuxed it to extra file with sound (smart ripper), re-encoded it at a lower bit rate with rempeg and imported it into spruce up. When i Preview the file the last 20 minutes are not there! same if i try using ifoedit.

22 hours is a long wait to re-encode a file that doesnt even work!
