Need help ripping big menus

Hi i have some big menus on some movies....anyone that can help me how to rip the menu to a lower size...

Cant relly find where its a guide or explanation how to rip the menu with for example cce and get it to work with existing buttons....there have to be some easy way just encoding it with cce at lower bitrate and somehow ripping the buttons....
