DVD2AVI not saving *.mpa

Hey guys I am converting with DVD2AVI and in the tutorial

http://www.dvdrhelp.com/mpeg2tovcd.htm

it says you should have 2 files after saving. However I do not get that 2nd audio MPA file.

Has this occured to anyone else? TIA

I changed the option to last option in audio and picked demux all tracks, would this be the right setting?

I am currently creating a new mpeg with tmpegENC. However I have one quick question...

Once this is re-encoded I am going to work with Sonic REELDVD. It requires to extract the audio into wav (so it can encode it into dolby digital). What program could I use to do this?
