Delay in Video/Audio when using Nerovision

HIi,

When Using Nerovision to create DVD movies from my .MPG and .AVI files, the finished DVD movie always has about a 1 second delay in the video. I get to hear what is said before I see the person saying it. Does anyone know of a better DVD authoring tool to use or a fix for this problem

1) Use TMPGEnc's DVD template/wizard to convert the original files to compliant DVD format

2) Use TMPGEnc DVD Author v.1.5.11.37 (a different program than TMPGEnc) to author and burn (The built-in burn function does not work under Win98)
