unexpected eof when adding video stream in DVDMaestro

I am adding an .m2v file in the media assets in DVDMaestro, and in the middle of the stream (about 73 minutes of the movie), DVDMaestro just stops parsing and marks the status as OK.
I have tried to extract the m2v file with different softwares, and every time the result plays just fine in a regular MPEG player, but DVDMaestro keeps doing the same error.
Any idea ?

You might try a different authoring program...
