Adaptec 'VideOh! DVD converter USB 2.0 won't work with Sonic MyDVD new version???

I've recently bought the Adaptec 'VideOh! DVD converter USB 2.0' come with Sonic's MyDVD version 4.4.5

If I trying to use new version Sonic's MyDVD 5 then Adaptec capture hardware can not be dectected any more...

any solutions will be appreciate...

If you need to use 5, are there any updates on Sonic's or Adaptec's website?
How do you rate the hardware? We don't get many reports here about this product.
