Redo title screen on DVD?

I have something i recorded on my dvd recorder but i wanted to redo just the title screen of it but have no idea how. I made my new title screen in DVDLab, but don't know how to import the DVD to it, only to first convert it to SVCD which loses a lot of quality.

Is there a certain file thats the title screen that i can just switch out or something, or does anyone have any idea that could help?
