I have a plextor 708A. I bought a 15 pack of TDK 4X dvd+r that I was able to burn at 6X,7X, 8X with no problem...using DVDShrink & Roxio Easy CD/DVD Creator v6.
I have since purchased another pack of 25 of the same discs.
I now, however, only notice the record speed at 1X.
Is this a media issue? Or am I missing something? The record speed starts off at 7X, then very quickly digresses down to 1X.
Any ideas?
