starshiip troopers dual dvd backup ?!

hey everyone,

I want to backup my starshiptroopers dvd. the movie is on a dual layer dvd and with dvd decrypter I decrypted both sides on my harddisk. Now I want to burn the entire video on one dvd r with dvdshrink, but I just can't figure out how to bring those two videos together on one dvd r.
i would appreciate any help. thanks
