backing up w/shrink & nero

I am trying to back up some of my dvds (kids ruined a few) and I am having trouble. I am using shrink to rip them to the hard drive and trying to use nero (latest updated version 6.3.1.25) to back up. Now the problem that I am having is that I cant "burn" the disc. The steps that I am taking are as follows:

SHRINK SECTION:
1. Click "backup" and let it do its thing.

NERO SECTION:
1. Click "burn DVD Video files" from start screen.
2. Click "add+" highlight all the AUDIO_TS & VIDEO_TS files from movie.
3. Click "next"
4. Rename disc to appropriate move

Now here is where the problem is, the "burn" button is not highlighted for me to burn the disc. What gives? Am I screwing this simple procedure up some how? Am I using discs that are not the right ones? I am using DVD+R. There has to be something that I am doing wrong, but I dont know. I am fairly literate when it comes to doing some things w/the computer but this is a little more than I have really done. I can copy cds but that is pretty simple with music match. What am i doing that is wrong? Please help me out and if it isnt too much trouble, please explain it to me in detail...........

Here is a Nero guide;

The files that's reside inside the VIDEO_TS folder on your hard disk should be dropped into the Nero VIDEO_TS folder (the red one).

The AUDIO_TS folder is always empty.

Don't know what version of Shrink you are using now - buth the latest versions will do the burning automatic with Nero.
