    Nero Multisection Wierdness

    Let me get to the point, the multisection fuction of my nero isn't working, and I have no idea why.

    I started a new compilation with "Start Multisection Disc", but after the burning process and check with "Disc info" my compilation is closed.

    I did a search and found someone else who had the same problem when he used DVD-, but the funny thing is I have made 2 compilation working with DVD- and still haven't closed. However after a few weeks without any modification to any setting, the multisection function cease to work.

    I already tried to burn 2 compilation with no luck, and I can't even start a new compilation after the exisiting one was burnt...

    Do I need to provide any additional info?

    Thanks.

    Do NOT attempt to use the MultiSESSION (NOT "multisection") function of NERO with Video DVDs - it will not work properly.

    For multi-DVD compilations, simply use DVD Shrink in "Re-author" mode...

      Thanks for the reply, but either I dont understand your reply, or I haven't been clear about my inital post.

      I am trying to just back up a few files using multisession (thanks for the correction =P). Since the files I am backing up are only 2 gb, so better not to close it. But yet it close the dvd for me.

      Is it because this is a video-ish forum? if so, where can I bring this to?

        I'm sorry. Since these ARE video-related forums, I presumed the compilation you spoke of were video.

        Is your compilation video or other data?

        You should ask your question at the Ahead (NERO) website...

            No need to apologize - Nothing ventured, nothing gained ;>}
