Error message

Hi there-

I just downloaded DVDShrink two days ago. I was able to compress my dvd and put it on my computer. Then I went to burn it (I have Sonic Record Now DVD Burner). When I look to see what is on the dvd it shows to files video ts and is or something like that. I put it in my home dvd player and it just said ERROR! I got frustrated and gave up. Did I miss something? It didn't give me the option to actually play the movie when I tried to look open what was on my hard drive. I think I probably missed something simple. Please help!

What is your home player model number and burner model number?

Also what media brand and type are you using?

Example: Verbatim 8x DVD+R
