Having trouble backing up...

I am trying to back up my dvd collection, but every time I burn a movie, the movie skips ...alot. I personally think its the cheap dvds I bought, but it could be something else.

I am using the newest DVD Shrink.

2 main things I would guess are, media (like you said above, they are cheap) and burning speed. I would burn no faster than 4X.

Get better media and burn at 4X and your problems will go away.

Edit: Are you using labels on them?
