These a FUJIFILM brand DVD+RW's I bought at Best Buy in a 5 pack w/jewel cases. (Actually 4 DVD+R's and 1 DVD+RW combo pack) I had %100 success rate with them, all burned at 2.4X .

I've always had a good burn with the W01's (mine are branded TDK) and burn to 4x (might be rev 2).

Some have given up the ghost after a while though - not sure why (they certainly didn't exceed their 1,000 burns). Out of a 10 pack, 7 are still in "active service".
