I bought my computer already put together and I am not sure what kind of burner I have and I have been having all kinds of problems backing up DVDs.

The only problem with that is that I just tried to downlaod DVD decrypter and it won't open up I get a error message everytime. Something about application failed... I am just so frustrated with all of this.Comment

You prob got a virus. DVD Decrypter should run, no trouble.
