how can u play a .ISO file ?

You usually have to mount the ISO using software such as Nero Imagedrive or Daemon Tools. Most DVD player software like PowerDVD/WinDVD needs this.
Windows Media player will also play the file directly using the "open file" command. Then click on "all files" and select the ISO. You may get a may get a "may not be able to play this file error" but, it should work. Windows Media Player isn't very good though. -
