Problem transcoding audio

When I transcode audio with GKnot, It only transcodes 4-5 minutes of it and then it stops and goes on to encode the video. I stopped it and did it again, it does it every time. Anybody know whats going on?

The movie is artificial intelligence if anybodys had experience with it
