    unalble to access audio codec

    I am trying to convert a DIVX movie to mpeg/vcd but I get an error 'unable to access audio codec'. Any suggesstions? Thanks

          I have the DIVX 5.02 codec installed. When I try to convert my DIVX movie to MPEG for VCD the movie converts but without any sound because of the 'audio codec' problem. Any ideas on how to correct this? Thanks.
