Xmpeg question..

Getting very irritated.. I'm trying to encode a dvd to divx, and i have setup xmpeg according to digital digest guides. Every time I try to encode I get the same error message.

An error occurred when trying to generate the file. Check that you're not using the output file or the program is setup correctly.

Can anyone please help me out? thanks.
