    divx to vcd help

    Hi
    I am trying to convert divx movie to vcd using Virtual Dub & Tmpgenc. I have uncompressed the audio given me a new avi file but the file is 2137 k and when encoded with tmpgenc the file is to big to split in two and burn on 2 cds.
    In file info in virtualdub the divx is meg 4 fast motion / audio stream 48000hz / fraunhofer II MPEG layer-3 codec

    can any help

      How long is your movie?
      With standard vcd settings you will be able to put max 74mins on a 700MB CD Rom.

          THE MOVIE IS 2.09 MIN 766 MB. AFTER USING VIRTUAL DUD IT IS 2147 MB

              Two hours should definitly fit on 2 CDs, if it's standard VCD format. To make sure you use the right settings look at the guides at http://www.vcdhelp.com
